PxTrack is a user-friendly and highly secure application that streamlines record management for Filipino doctors and clinics. It’s an Electronic Medical Records system that’s convenient and efficient in consolidating patient records in a single location! PxTrack comes with a dashboard for scheduling patient appointments and meetings. In addition, it has a report generation feature so you can create medical documents in a few clicks. With its cloud-based storage, doctors can effortlessly store and access records as long as they have Internet connectivity. Lastly, PxTrack has manual and automatic backups in place to prevent data loss.

What are the main benefits of using PxTrack?

PxTrack offers medical doctors and staff several benefits. Here are some of the EMR system’s main features:

PxTrack is a cloud-based application and cannot be accessed without a stable Internet connection.

What hardware do I need to access this system?

There is no specific hardware required for PxTrack, a browser-based system. It doesn’t need to be installed on a particular device.

How secure is the system?

We understand the need for clinics to safeguard sensitive and confidential patient data. To ensure the utmost protection, we secured PxTrack with the following features:

    1. Data Encryption: PxTrack is encrypted and prevents unauthorized parties from accessing sensitive data.
    2. Backup and Restore: The system’s convenient database backup feature allows users to download and store data on external drives.
    3. Two-Factor Authentication: The system has a robust 2FA feature that’s controlled by the doctor’s user account.
    4. System Lock: PxTrack proactively locks the user when idle for a specified duration (in minutes).
    5. Scheduled Login: This feature grants non-admin users access to the system only during authorized time frames set by the admin.
    6. PxTrack is compliant with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), further ensuring adherence to privacy regulations.

I am reporting to several clinics every day. Can I consolidate the data of all clinics using the same system?

Absolutely! With our PxTrack Solo and Business Plans, Filipino doctors can track and manage their patients’ records across multiple clinics. Thus, they can easily consolidate and access consultation records, regardless of which clinic your patient visited.

Can Secretaries and Nurses use PxTrack?

Yes, they can! Doctors are able to create a user account for secretaries and nurses and even set restrictions on what the accounts can do. The number of secretary or staff accounts you can create will depend on the package you availed.

Are there different access levels for PxTrack users?

Yes, there are different access levels on the PxTrack system. Here’s a breakdown of each:

  • System Administrator — has access to all modules
  • Doctor — has access to all modules by default
  • Staff — also has access to all modules by default. But, a doctor can update the module settings to control which ones staff can access.
Note: Staff can only access PxTrack during their designated work hours, set within the system for security.

Can I set appointments with my patients?

Yes, the system is equipped with a module that allows users to effortlessly create appointments with a patient and set up follow-up appointments. Filipino doctors and clinic staff can monitor appointments and even events through the calendar found in the dashboard. You’ll have full visibility and control over your schedule through PxTrack’s calendar.

What forms can you generate in the system?

The system is capable of generating the following documents:

  • e-Prescriptions
  • Medical certificates
  • Carried order for admission forms
  • Consultation forms
  • Consent forms

Does it work with mobile phones or tablets?

Yes, PxTrack is an Electronic Medical Records system that works with mobile phones or tablets. Still, we highly recommend using tablets, desktops, or laptops since the design has a lot of fields to accommodate consultation data. Navigating the screen to input details could prove to be a hassle for the user as they zoom in and out of the screen.

What kind of support is available for PxTrack users? How quickly can we expect to receive support?

We offer chat support through mobile calls or SMS, Facebook Messenger, and email. We can also schedule a virtual meeting via Google Meet. In addition, our PxTrack team is available from Monday to Friday. We can get back to your concern between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, we can arrange scheduled support as needed (ex., You can request PxTrack system updates after your regular clinic hours or on Saturdays or Sundays.)

Is training provided for using the EMR system? What are the inclusions, and how will you provide training?

Yes, we provide training through Google Meet calls. You may arrange a training session with us ahead of time according to your preferred time slot. We also have video manuals on the PxTrack system.

What are the other versions of PxTrack, and what are their unique features?

PxTrack has an existing version geared towards obstetrician-gynecologists (OB-GYNs) and another for pediatricians. Features of PxTrack for OB-GYNs:

  1. View EDCs using the dashboard calendar: OB-GYNs can see not only patient appointments but also estimated dates of confinement with their calendars.
  2. Obstetrics/Gynecology history: OB-GYNs can access and view each patient’s pregnancy history.
  3. GPTPAL count: PxTrack shows a patient’s obstetric history through GPTPAL: Gravida, Parity, Term births, Preterm or Premature births, Abortions, and Living children.

Features of PxTrack for Pediatricians:

PxTrack for pediatricians can record the following patient details:
  1. Birth information
  2. Vaccination information
  3. Vitals
  4. Parents’ information
  5. APGAR score
  6. Medical exam requests
 

What are the different packages of PxTrack?

PxTrack’s newest release is fully compatible with the following clinic setups: 

  1. Solo — A single-practitioner clinic
  2. Teams — Multiple doctors in one clinic
  3. Business — Multiple doctors in multiple clinics

What are the system’s storage limitations? How many patient records can I save?

The cloud-based PxTrack Electronic Medical Records system offers flexible storage options. However, it’s important to note that storage usage impacts the monthly subscription fee. PxTrack’s pricing isn’t solely based on patient record storage but also the number of transactions and authorized users utilizing the system. Thus, clinics will pay for exactly what they need and use, removing the possibility of overpaying for storage.
